Our Commitment

We are committed to professionalism, integrity, and results.
With a deep understanding of both law and its real-world application, we aim to be not just your lawyers—but your long-term legal partners.

Our firm has handled a wide spectrum of matters across multiple forums and jurisdictions.

We regularly appear in civil and criminal litigation, including civil recovery suits, injunction matters, possession disputes, and complex property litigation, along with bail applications, trial matters, and criminal defense.

We have extensive experience in writ jurisdiction, invoking remedies under Article 226 of the Constitution of India (High Courts) and Article 32 of the Constitution of India (Supreme Court) for enforcement of fundamental rights, including violations of Article 14 (Equality before Law), Article 19 (Freedoms), and Article 21 (Right to Life and Personal Liberty). Our writ practice includes challenges to arbitrary state action, administrative inaction, and violation of statutory and constitutional safeguards.
Our practice further includes Public Interest Litigations (PILs) addressing issues of governance, environmental protection, and citizens’ rights, including matters before the National Green Tribunal (NGT) under the National Green Tribunal Act, 2010.
We routinely handle cheque dishonour matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, ensuring effective prosecution and defense strategies.

Our corporate and commercial practice includes matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), advisory on corporate structuring, and dispute resolution.
We also appear before specialized forums such as the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) in banking and recovery matters, and regularly advise on GST laws, Income Tax, and Customs regulations, including representation before appropriate authorities.

Our work extends to matrimonial disputes, providing both litigation and advisory support with sensitivity and strategy. We also regularly deal with matters before statutory and municipal authorities such as MCD (Municipal Corporation of Delhi) and DUSIB (Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board) involving regulatory, compliance, and property-related issues.
